Orders leave our US fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days; Express takes 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more. Below that it's a flat $6.95. Express delivery is $14.95 on any order size.

At checkout you reserve your items and give us your shipping details. Within 24 hours we email you a secure card-payment link (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Nothing is charged until you complete that link, and your card details never pass through our site.

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us with your order number and we'll send a return authorisation with the return address and a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items.

Photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Footwear is listed in US sizing with the weight stated for a reference size. Apparel runs true to size; see the size range on each product. If you're between sizes, email us with your measurements and we'll recommend one.

Yes. All prices on pepluno.store are in USD and exclude any taxes or duties applicable in your region.
