This policy explains what personal data Pepluno ("we", "us") collects when you use pepluno.store, why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Order details — name, email, phone, shipping address and the items you order, so we can fulfil and deliver your order and contact you about it.
  • Payment — card payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted link we email to you. Your full card number never reaches our website or our staff; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
  • Correspondence — messages you send us by email or through the contact form.
  • Site preferences — your language choice and cart contents are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they persist between visits. They are not sent to us until you place an order.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, send order and shipping confirmations, answer your questions, handle returns and comply with tax and accounting obligations. If you subscribe to our newsletter we'll send occasional product and training emails; every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our fulfilment and shipping partners (to deliver your order), our payment provider (to take payment) and our email provider (to send order emails). We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax law (typically seven years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are deleted after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails, at any time by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

pepluno.store sets no advertising cookies. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate page-view analytics that do not identify individual visitors.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify customers by email.

我们如何使用

用于处理与寄送订单、发送订单与发货确认、回答你的问题、处理退换，以及履行税务与会计义务。若你订阅了邮件通讯，我们会不定期发送商品与训练相关邮件，每封邮件都附有退订链接。

我们与谁共享

仅限运营店铺所必需的服务商：履约与物流伙伴（配送订单）、支付服务商（收款）与邮件服务商（发送订单邮件）。我们不会向任何人出售或出租个人数据。

保留期限

订单记录按税法要求保留（通常为七年）。邮件订阅保留至你退订为止。联系表单消息在十二个月后删除。

你的权利

你可随时发邮件至 [email protected]，要求查阅、更正或删除我们持有的你的个人数据，或停止营销邮件。我们将在 30 天内回复。

Cookie 与统计

pepluno.store 不设置任何广告 Cookie。我们使用尊重隐私的汇总页面访问统计，不识别单个访客。
