These terms apply to every order placed on pepluno.store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and acceptance

Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we email you a payment link, and a contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error — in which case nothing is charged.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Shipping is added at checkout according to our shipping policy. Payment is taken through our payment provider via the secure link we email you; orders unpaid after 7 days are cancelled automatically.

3. Delivery

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates and start from payment confirmation. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check parcels on arrival and report damage within 7 days.

4. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day return policy is set out on the shipping & returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

5. Product information

We describe products and list specifications as accurately as we can. Weights, dimensions and colours may vary slightly from those shown. Fitness equipment must be assembled and used according to the manufacturer's instructions and within the stated load ratings.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for injury arising from misuse of equipment or use beyond its stated ratings.

7. Intellectual property

The Pepluno name, logo and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
